Choose between the iconic Rolls Royce Phantom or the refined Rolls Royce Ghost, each meticulously crafted to offer the highest level of comfort, elegance, and sophistication. With a dedicated, professional chauffeur at your service, your journey will be seamless and stress-free. Designed for up to four passengers, our VIP Event Chauffeur experience transforms transportation into a moment of prestige and grandeur. From the smooth ride to the red-carpet treatment, every detail is thoughtfully curated to exceed expectations. Event-Specific Customization: Offer decor options like ribbons or floral arrangements for weddings or themed events. Provide personalized in-car amenities, such as champagne service, gourmet snacks, or a curated playlist matching the event theme. Red Carpet Rollout: Provide a red carpet for exiting the vehicle at the venue. Multiple Stops: Allow for multiple pick-up and drop-off points for larger groups or pre-event preparations. Additional hours available at $300 per hour to extend your luxury journey with us. Rolls-Royce Service Distance Policy: All Rolls-Royce experiences include service within a 50 km radius from the pick up area. For any distance beyond 50 km, an additional charge of $2.00 per kilometre will apply. *The pick up area must be within 20 km of Richmond Hill.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Acknowledgement By submitting this booking form, I agree to the following: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up time will incur full charges. Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance may be eligible for a refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Damage Liability: I understand that I am responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period. This includes damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle, as well as any necessary cleaning resulting from spills, burns, sickness, or other misuse. A $200 cleaning fee may be applied in such cases. Conduct and Safety: I will ensure that all passengers behave responsibly and in accordance with The Coast Rentals’ policies. Smoking, standing in a moving vehicle, underage drinking, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violations of these rules will result in immediate service termination and the loss of all deposits and fees. I acknowledge that I am liable for any violation tickets or penalties resulting from inappropriate or unlawful behavior during the rental period. Privacy Policy: I consent to The Coast Rentals collecting and storing my personal information in accordance with their privacy policy, available at www.thecoastrentals.com/policies-procedures. Indemnity: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Coast Rentals and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my violation of these terms, the conduct of any member of my party, or a violation involving any third party not affiliated with The Coast Rentals. By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, policies, and responsibilities outlined above.
